It is the year 3200.

With the rapid spread of advanced technology in tandem with AI mankind has begun to colonize outside of the galaxy. You are Rapid Shark, a contractor working for the New Earth Waste Management Corporation.

Your job is to collect trash from the 100's of human colonies on the outer rim of Alpha Centuri and bring it back to the central recycling plant. The trash deposits for different colony sectors are left floating in space and you must collect it using your ship.

You have a tractor beam on your ship to collect the trash, though you must be close to the trash for it to work properly.

 Your shift lasts 8 minutes but you can use your warp drive to end it early.

Controls

Keyboard: WASD, Movement

Mouse: Click and drag to rotate, click to attempt to get trash

SPACE to teleport / begin shift

SHIFT to end shift

This was originally a game I was building for the Cyberpunk Jam 2024 but I ran out of steam on getting it done. It is a procedural generation and physics experiment as well as an exploration of combining the aesthetics of cyberpunk and hard sci-fi. 

It's build with A-Frame and various libraries with JavaScript. I will work on optimizing the game when I can and may develop it further if there is sufficient interest.
